Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience
• 5+ years leading design initiatives
• Strong expertise with Figma and modern design and research tools
• Track record of delivering impactful customer-centric experiences across multiple platforms

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, Fine Arts, or related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX and Product Design work
• Experience mentoring and developing designers
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Data-driven design decision making
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments

Pay

The pay range for this position is $71.40 – $71.40/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
