Requirements
- 10+ years of product design experience
- 5+ years leading design initiatives
- Strong expertise with Figma and modern design and research tools
- Track record of delivering impactful customer-centric experiences across multiple platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX and Product Design work
- Experience mentoring and developing designers
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Data-driven design decision making
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments

Pay
The pay range for this position is $71.40 – $71.40/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
