About the role
Location: Jupiter, FL 33478
We are looking for a Mid-Senior UX Strategist/Designer on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage AI throughout the UX process to accelerate discovery, definition, and design concepts.
- Develop AI-rendered prototypes and support usability testing.
- Identify opportunities for AI-enabled product experiences.
- Facilitate team member interviews, workshops, journey mapping, process and task-flow definition, user feedback sessions, and usability testing.
- Challenging assumptions and advocating for evidence-based solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, UX leadership, engineering, data science, and other cross-functional partners.
- Work with Figma, JIRA, Scaled Agile practices, and various LLM tools to deliver value-based outcomes.
Qualifications
- At least five years of UX/UI research and design experience.
- Strong strategic leadership and communication skills.
- A proactive, curious mindset focused on measurable outcomes, continuous improvement, and responsible AI utilization.

Pay
The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $30.00/hr. to $35.00/hr.
