UX Strategist/Designer

About the role
We are seeking a Mid-Senior UX Strategist/Designer for a 1-year W-2 contract assignment in Jupiter, FL. In this role, you will lead user-centered research, strategy, and design for complex digital and enterprise products, translating user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into intuitive experiences. You will report to the onsite Manager.
Responsibilities
- Leverage AI throughout the UX process to accelerate discovery, definition, and design concepts, including developing AI-rendered prototypes and supporting usability testing.
- Identify opportunities for AI-enabled product experiences.
- Facilitate team member interviews, workshops, journey mapping, process and task-flow definition, user feedback sessions, and usability testing while challenging assumptions and advocating for evidence-based solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, UX leadership, engineering, data science, and other cross-functional partners.
- Work with Figma, JIRA, Scaled Agile practices, and various LLM tools to deliver value-based outcomes.
Requirements
- At least five years of UX/UI research and design experience.
- Strong strategic leadership and communication skills.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $30.00/hr. to $35.00/hr., dependent upon experience, qualifications, and skills.
