About the role
This position is responsible for developing and implementing predictive maintenance solutions using advanced machine learning algorithms and data analytics techniques.Responsibilities
- Develop predictive maintenance models using historical sensor data and machine learning techniques.
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and predict equipment failures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate predictive maintenance solutions into existing systems.
- Continuously improve model accuracy through iterative testing and validation.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in predictive maintenance or data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages.
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and data visualization tools.
Qualifications
- Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or similar.
- Knowledge of IoT devices and their integration into predictive maintenance systems.
- Understanding of industry standards and best practices in predictive maintenance.
Skills
- Advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
