About the role

This position is responsible for developing and implementing predictive maintenance solutions using advanced machine learning algorithms and data analytics techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Develop predictive maintenance models using historical sensor data and machine learning techniques.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and predict equipment failures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate predictive maintenance solutions into existing systems.
  • Continuously improve model accuracy through iterative testing and validation.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in predictive maintenance or data analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages.
  • Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods and data visualization tools.

Qualifications

  • Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or similar.
  • Knowledge of IoT devices and their integration into predictive maintenance systems.
  • Understanding of industry standards and best practices in predictive maintenance.

Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms and services.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
