UX Researcher, Quantitative

About the role

Our UX Research team is designing for the broad spectrum of human needs, which requires us to deeply understand the behaviors of the people behind them. Our researchers tackle some of the most complex challenges to gain deeper insights into how people interact with each other and the world around them. We work collaboratively to contribute new ideas to products that impact the experiences of billions of people on a global scale.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods, including surveys, focus groups, field studies, usability tests, and 1:1 interviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute new ideas and insights to product development.
• Present research findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Apply expertise in understanding people and the relationship between technology and society to drive impactful research.

Requirements

• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Strong communication skills to present findings to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of research devoted to understanding people and human behavior.
• Curiosity about the relationship between technology and society.
• Varied expertise and professional experiences within the UX research field.
