The Role

This role is responsible for driving the execution of UX initiatives across the organization. You will manage timelines, coordinate designers and developers, and ensure user experience work is delivered efficiently and effectively. You are not just tracking tasks. You are ensuring the user experience is built, aligned, and delivered. This role operates at the intersection of design, product, and engineering, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution.

Qualifications

Required:

• 3–5 years of experience in:
• Project management
• UX coordination
• Product or design operations
• Experience working with:
• Designers and developers
• Strong understanding of:
• UX processes
• Project management workflows

PREFERRED:

• Experience in digital product or platform environments
• Experience with Agile or similar methodologies
• Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
• Experience in remote teams

Commitment

- 10–15 hours per week

- Flexible schedule (with coordination across teams)

- Participation in UX and project meetings required

- Fully remote
