The Role
This role is responsible for owning the user experience strategy and design direction across the organization. You will define UX standards, guide design decisions, and ensure all user experiences are intuitive, cohesive, and aligned with user needs. You are not just designing interfaces. You are shaping how users experience everything we build.
Who This Is For
This role is for someone who:
- Thinks in user journeys, systems, and experience
- Has strong experience in UX design and strategy
- Can lead and guide designers
- Understands how UX impacts product success
- Is both strategic and hands-on
Qualifications
Required:
- 4–6 years of experience in:
- UX design
- User experience strategy
- User-centered design
- Usability and accessibility
PREFERRED:
- Experience building or managing design systems
- Experience working with product and engineering teams
- Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
- Experience in remote teams
