DealerOn, INC is seeking a mid-level UX Designer to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for digital services, with a focus on user-centered design. You will work closely with stakeholders and team members to understand user needs, develop effective interface solutions, and contribute to digital experiences that are easy to use and visually engaging.

Required Qualifications

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional team members.
Compensation
The targeted salary range for this position is $69,800–$102,600 per year.
Work Arrangement
- Remote position.
- Based in Rockville, Maryland.
- Collaborative role involving regular interaction with stakeholders and team members.
