About The Role

The UX Designer (Networking) role is a remote/teleworker position primarily focused on designing holistic user experiences for networking products and solutions. As a key contributor, you will research, plan, and produce experience concepts and specifications that optimize user interactions across various mediums, including hardware, software, and environmental touchpoints. Your responsibilities will include gaining user insights and leveraging them to influence design strategies or enhance existing designs. This role involves working across enhancements, new experience designs, and strategic ecosystem experiences, ensuring that the solutions meet both user needs and business objectives. You will act as an informed team member, providing analysis and recommendations, working independently within established frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality user experiences for low to moderately complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Design, Human Factors Engineering, Social Sciences Research, or an equivalent field
• Minimum of 2+ years of UX design experience
• Proficiency in design principles, theories, and concepts
• Experience in creating and implementing research and data collection plans for user testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local language
• Ability to effectively communicate design proposals, user experience data, and negotiate options
• Experience collaborating with internal teams and external partners on design and development projects

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design user experience solutions for products and services based on established principles and strategies
• Conduct user experience testing, gather data, and analyze results to inform design decisions
• Create, assess, and implement user experience design plans, specifications, and reusable design elements for existing and new products
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive and high-quality user experiences
• Participate as a member of project teams, contributing to the development of holistic, user-centered solutions for various projects
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality
• Document and communicate design concepts, user insights, and technical specifications effectively to stakeholders
