UX Designer/Product Specialist 4

About the Role

Design and create interactive prototypes for websites and design system components. Refine and iterate on designs using user testing, feedback, and usability data. Focus on evolving the established design system and delivering exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor internal and external designers on design system philosophy, guidelines, and best practices.
• Advocate for and ensure accessibility and inclusive design across products.
• Foster a collaborative environment by providing and gathering design feedback.
• Assist in creating and maintaining comprehensive design system documentation (component guidelines, usage instructions, best practices).
• Own and maintain design system files in Figma, ensuring components and documentation remain current and high-quality.
