  • Maintain consistency with established visual standards, interaction patterns, brand guidelines, and design-system components.
  • Review current pages and user journeys, identify usability opportunities, and recommend practical improvements.
  • Partner with product, marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to turn ideas into implementation-ready designs.
  • Participate in design critiques and reviews, incorporating feedback efficiently and thoughtfully.
  • Clearly communicate design rationale, tradeoffs, and recommendations to both design and non-design stakeholders.
  • Provide design specifications and collaborate with developers to support accurate implementation.

Qualifications

Experience: One to three years of UX/UI design experience, preferably supporting marketing, consumer-facing web, agency, in-house, or freelance projects.

Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including shared libraries, components, Auto Layout, variables, and design tokens.
  • Ability to work confidently within an established design system from the start of the engagement.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with an understanding of implementation constraints and developer handoff needs.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong visual design, interaction design, and usability fundamentals.
  • A current portfolio featuring case studies that demonstrate individual design decisions, process, and outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain design decisions to non-designers.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines with minimal oversight.
  • Comfort working independently and communicating progress asynchronously in a remote environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to build productive working relationships across teams.

Schedule

  • 20–30 hours per week; flexible scheduling within normal business hours.

Work Arrangement: Fully remote. Start Date: Flexible, ideally within the next few weeks.
