About the role

Responsibilities
- Assist in designing user interfaces or page elements that align with brand and digital design standards.
- Deliver sketches, design comps, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to illustrate user experiences.
- Conduct market or competitive analysis and user research as needed.
- Use personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to inform design solutions.
- Support experience design activities using appropriate tools, methods, and processes.
- Evaluate digital designs and apply design, branding, and accessibility guidelines.
- Ideate and test design concepts to reduce risks and assess desirability and usability.
- Support the UX Practice, including updates to the Design System and Content Management system.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Familiarity with fundamental design principles (color theory, typography, layout).
- Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Understanding of basic user research methods (surveys, interviews, usability testing).
- Ability to create user personas and user journey maps.
- Experience creating low-fidelity wireframes and basic interactive prototypes.
- Basic communication skills to articulate design decisions and present work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0–2+ years of related work experience in UX design.
- Experience with AI tools such as Claude, Co-Pilot, and ChatGPT is a plus.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Pay
The salary range for this role is $75,000 – $95,000. Offers consider factors such as education, experience, certifications, geographic location, and peer compensation. This range does not include potential incentive pay or benefits.
