About The Role
The role is responsible for driving the end-to-end user experience of core product surfaces, translating complex user behaviors and technical requirements into intuitive, elegant digital interfaces. This position works within a cross-functional product squad to solve sophisticated workflows, ensuring design system consistency while pushing the boundaries of interactive design. The designer will collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and user research to design, prototype, and validate solutions. This is an opportunity to shape the design direction of a high-traffic platform where usability, visual precision, and seamless user journeys directly impact customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end UX design process from initial wireframing and user flows to high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes using Figma
- Partner with product managers and engineers to define product requirements, technical constraints, and release scopes for new feature launches
- Conduct tactical user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to gather insights and iteratively refine design solutions
- Contribute to and maintain a shared, scalable design system, ensuring visual and interactive consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Deliver production-ready design specifications, assets, and redlines, actively collaborating with frontend developers during implementation QA
- Communicate design decisions and complex user journeys clearly to cross-functional stakeholders through storyboards, wireframes, and interactive walkthroughs
What We Are Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or similar role shipping digital products to production
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including advanced auto-layout, component architecture, and interactive prototyping features
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes, systematic thinking, and polished visual execution across complex web applications
- Solid understanding of modern web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS constraints) and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or conducting quantitative A/B testing on design variants
