Responsibilities
- Transform ideas into high-value, user-centered software experiences.
- Conduct formal and informal user research and testing; produce professional research reports.
- Create comprehensive UX deliverables: personas, site maps, concept maps, process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs.
- Apply and influence UI pattern creation to ensure consistency across products.
- Collaborate with content writers, product managers, developers, and QA to deliver optimized solutions.
- Present design concepts and research findings to small project teams.
- Participate in Development and QA to ensure design fidelity.
- Set and meet quarterly project goals and deadlines; mentor and guide junior designers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Information Architecture, or related field; 8+ years of UX design experience.
- Expertise in Figma, Axure, and advanced prototyping and wireframing techniques.
- Deep understanding of information architecture, usability principles, and multi-device design.
- Ability to inspect HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design validation.
- High attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to collaborate across teams.
- Visual design and content management experience preferred.
- Agile software development lifecycle knowledge preferred.
- Advanced user research and accessibility expertise preferred.
- Front-end development familiarity (HTML & CSS) preferred.
- Working knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG) applied across product, design, and engineering to support inclusive user experiences.
Qualifications
