About The Role
The role is responsible for designing intuitive, scalable user interfaces and end-to-end user journeys for a complex, data-rich product ecosystem. Operating at the intersection of user needs, technical constraints, and business goals, this designer will transform sophisticated workflows into elegant, easy-to-use digital experiences. Working within a collaborative, cross-functional product team, this role collaborates closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design detailed wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma to communicate design concepts clearly to engineering teams
- Build interactive, high-fidelity prototypes to validate design concepts through usability testing and internal stakeholder reviews
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure design implementation matches specification, resolving technical constraints without sacrificing user experience
- Contribute to and maintain a shared design system, ensuring component consistency, accessibility standards, and responsive design patterns
- Collaborate with UX Researchers to translate user insights, feedback, and quantitative data into actionable design iterations
- Present design concepts, trade-offs, and decisions confidently to cross-functional partners and design leadership using data-driven arguments
What We Are Looking For
- 3 to 6 years of experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role, preferably within a SaaS or complex product environment
- An outstanding online portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, visual design, information architecture, and interaction design
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including advanced prototyping, auto-layout, and maintaining component libraries
- Solid understanding of web accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.1 AA) and responsive design principles for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: Experience with basic HTML/CSS/JS, motion design, or designing complex data visualization dashboards
