Job Summary The UX Designer is responsible for designing creative, intuitive websites and user experiences that meet the needs of our customers, while ensuring business and marketing objectives, customer goals and brand strategies are satisfied. This role conducts user research, creates wireframes and prototypes, develops user-centered design solutions, and contributes to front-end implementation using HTML and CSS to ensure high-quality, responsive user experiences. Perks Comprehensive benefits package including Medical / RX / Dental / Vision / Life insurance401k Plan with company matchPaid Time Off and Company Paid HolidaysFree employee parkingCasual dress environmentTuition reimbursement plan Duties And Responsibilities User Research & DiscoveryConduct and synthesize user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, analytics)Develop user personas, journey maps, and experience flowsIdentify usability issues and opportunities based on user insights and data UX Design & Interaction DesignCreate wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models at varying fidelity levelsDesign end‑to‑end user experiences for new features and existing workflowsEstablish and refine information architecture and navigation modelsEnsure designs align with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+) and inclusive design principles Collaboration & DeliveryCollaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams throughout the design lifecycleTranslate requirements into clear, developer‑ready design specificationsParticipate in design reviews, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and stakeholder presentationsSupport implementation and validate designs through post‑release testing Front-End DevelopmentTranslate approved UX/UI designs into responsive, accessible front-end experiences using HTML and CSSOptimize layouts and styling for desktop, and mobile devicesTroubleshoot and resolve front-end presentation and usability issues. Qualifications 3 + years of professional UX design/development experienceStrong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design thinking and problem solvingProficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)Experience designing responsive web applications and/or mobile experiencesUnderstanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practicesStrong communication and collaboration skillsWorking knowledge of HTML and CSS for developing responsive user interfaces Preferred Skills Undergraduate degree in UX Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Psychology, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Familiar with UX industry standards and trends.Familiarity with usability testing tools and analytics platforms.Experience designing for enterprise, regulated, or data‑heavy application.Experience with Visual Studio, VS Code, and Git is a plus.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Experience using Agile project management tools.
