UX Designer

A global technology services company, working with 80% of the Fortune 500 across North America, Europe, and Asia, is seeking a talented professional to accelerate business transformation for their customers through expertise in strategy, design, execution, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Design application interfaces focusing on workflow, integration, user interaction, and data visualizations
• Proactively identify ways to improve processes and systems
• Collaborate with developers to translate designs into elegant user experiences
• Establish and maintain good relationships across departments and business areas
• Advocate for the end user while communicating with leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience applying user experience principles to visual and interaction design
• Proficiency in responsive design techniques, data visualization, and interaction design
• Proficiency with rapid prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Sketch, Balsamiq)
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, and color theory for visual design
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and jQuery/JavaScript
• Ability to multitask and participate in multiple, large, and complex efforts
