UX Designer

About the role

As an UX Designer, you will create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for digital products and applications by conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement design solutions that meet user needs. This role ensures seamless user interactions, adheres to design principles, and continuously iterates and improves designs based on user feedback. You will consume workflows, deliver designs, and develop complex UX designs and prototypes, integrating theoretical concepts into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design systems to deliver innovative and impactful digital UX solutions, under general direction.
• Assess specialized, functional areas to determine strategies for enhancing digital user experiences.
• Create and enhance the user experience of digital products and services, focusing on usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
• Utilize specialized UX design knowledge and experience to influence strategic decision-making related to digital user experiences.
• Assist in the management of digital UX projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and completion within established parameters.
• Conduct user research, such as surveys, usability testing, and data analysis, to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of the target audience.
• Implement processes to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards in digital UX design.
• Coach and mentor junior-level designers to help create intuitive and user-centered digital experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX Product Designer experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience (High School Diploma/GED + 4 years relevant experience).

Pay

The typical pay range for this role is $92,700.00 - $185,400.00. This range represents the base annual full-time salary. The actual base salary offer will depend on factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant considerations. This position is also eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range.
