Position Title
UWO EAA AirVenture Residence Hall Desk Assistant
Job Duties
- Provide front-line guest services by responding to questions about the campus and surrounding community.
- Receive guest concerns and coordinate with appropriate departments for timely resolution.
- Track guest checkouts and assist with daily key inventories.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to create a welcoming and memorable lodging experience.
- Absorb and utilize the guest check-in and check-out management.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to provide professional customer service
- Strong communication and effective computer skills
- Work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Organize, problem-solve, and pay attention to details
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior customer service or front-desk experience
- Experience in housing or hospitality

Compensation
$17/hour, with overtime paid at time-and-a-half for hours exceeding 40 per workweek.
