Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby and front desk area
- Monitor the entrances of the building to make sure only residents and their guests access the building
- Monitor security cameras within the building
- Answer questions for residents and guests
- Sign over packages to appropriate resident
