Sr. Manager – HSE

• Provide strategic guidance to management on HSE issues, risk, and improvement opportunities.
• Plan and ensure HSE training programs are delivered to employees and contractors.
• Promote a strong safety culture across all departments.
• Lead site risk assessments, hazard identification, and mitigation planning.
• Achieve contractor compliance with HSE standards, legal regulations, and project requirements.
• Monitor HSE performance through KPIs and recommend continuous improvement.
• Ensure regular site audits and inspections are performed.
• Implement fire prevention measures and maintain fire & safety systems.
• Cook up emergency response planning and conduct mock drills.

Manager – Learning & Development

• Develop and implement company-wide Learning & Development strategies.
• Identify training needs through TNA (Training Need Analysis).
• Design and execute onboarding and induction programs.
• Cook up technical trainings with departments and external trainers.
• Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and training reports.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement.
• Support succession planning and employee growth initiatives.
• Create SOPs, training manuals, and learning material content.

Deputy General Manager – Engineering

• Drive and execute energy optimization initiatives while tracking consumption patterns.
• Ensure reliable and cost-effective operation of all utility systems.
• Plan, direct, and oversee all plant maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime.
• Supervise operation and upkeep of key utilities including boilers, generators, compressors, HVAC, and water treatment.
• Lead installation, commissioning, and integration of new equipment.
• Provide strong leadership to engineering teams.

Assistant Manager Warehouse (Plastic-Metal)

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and inventory activities.
• Oversee storage, movement, and dispatch of finished goods.
• Achieve accurate inventory records and reconciliation.
