About the role

Taj Gasoline, a leading name in Pakistan’s energy sector, is expanding its team and looking for dedicated professionals to fill key roles in Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Legal. We are currently recruiting for multiple positions at our Karachi office.

Responsibilities

  • National Sales Coordinator:

    • Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO, ensuring timely execution of assigned tasks, meetings, and special assignments.
    • Plan and coordinate weekly/monthly business and functional meetings; prepare agendas, share required reports, record minutes, and track action items.
    • Compile and maintain business reports for the CEO across multiple functions including retail fuels, sales performance, site operations, and KPI dashboards.
    • Track and analyze sales targets, site performance, customer experience reports, and operational dashboard, preparing sales reports using Microsoft Excel.
    • Cross-functional communication with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely follow-ups.
  • Finance Specialist:

    • Monitor and manage trade receivables for retail, corporate, and lubricant customers.
    • Review credit limits, customer aging, and recovery status on a regular basis.
    • Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure timely recoveries and risk mitigation.
    • Prepare aging analysis, overdue reports, and recovery dashboards for management.
    • Ensure proper accounting and reconciliation of rebates, incentives, and trade schemes.
    • Prepare monthly management reports, MIS, and variance analysis.
    • Support financial operations of lubricants pricing.
  • Scheduling Officer:

    • Schedule fuel orders for retail stations across Pakistan, keeping in mind the core KPI i.e. OTIF (On-Time In-Full).
    • Daily data management including scheduling summary, P2P summary, and pending orders details.
    • Communicate with internal and external customers to tackle complaints, delays in fuel delivery, and shortages handling.
    • Oversee and manage routes for efficient transportation of products to minimize transport cost.
    • Ensure adherence to all local regulations.
    • Ensure proper maintenance of all records related to logistics activities.
  • Lead Legal & Corporate Affairs:

    • Manage all legal matters including property, civil, criminal, and trademark litigation.
    • Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, legal notices, MoUs, and other legal documentation.
    • Provide legal advice to management to identify and mitigate legal risks.
    • Handle trademark registration, renewals, and intellectual property protection matters.
    • Liaise with regulatory bodies and legal institutions to ensure compliance.
    • Manage legal aspects of property transactions including sale, purchase, rental agreements, and related disputes.

Requirements

  • National Sales Coordinator:

    • 4–6 years of experience in a similar field.
    • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree.
  • Finance Specialist:

    • 4–5 years of experience in the same field.
    • MBA/ACCA (minimum finalist), ICMA (minimum finalist).
  • Scheduling Officer:

    • 3–5 years of experience in the same field.
    • Bachelor’s (Preferably in Supply Chain).
  • Lead Legal & Corporate Affairs:

    • 8–10 years of experience in a similar field.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
