Utilization Review Supervisor RN

About the role

Oversees department operations, including human resources, customer service, and limited sales activities, in a remote setting. Manages daily team functions, ensures quality service, handles HR matters, and reviews reports, invoices, and expenses. May involve clinical oversight and case management responsibilities, depending on RN certification and team structure.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily team functions and ensure quality service delivery

• Oversee limited sales activities

Requirements

• Accredited nursing diploma or degree (Bachelor's preferred)
• Current RN licensure
• At least 3 years of recent clinical experience, preferably in rehabilitation
• Management or supervisory experience

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of applicable laws and policies

Pay

Salary ranges from $77,960 to $120,368.
