About the Opportunity:The UTILIZATION REVIEW INTAKE SPECIALIST supports the Utilization Review and Case Management departments by managing intake tasks that ensure accurate processing of precertification requests and related communications. The role contributes by maintaining up-to-date patient and provider information and facilitating timely, professional interactions with stakeholders, which is essential for efficient case management and service delivery.
