Utility Worker - Overnight

Full-time, onsite position with Summit, a corrections-focused food-service brand, located in Miami, Florida.

About the role

We are looking to add a skilled overnight utility worker to our correctional-facility kitchen team. In this role, you will oversee sanitation operations and coordinate tasks to ensure completion.

Responsibilities

• Care for and clean floors and table areas.
• Restock supplies in the dining area.
• Remove and properly dispose of waste.
• Receive and stock inventory.
• Clean, maintain, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, the dish room, and other equipment.

Requirements

• Able to use safe operating procedures and sound judgement.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience in foodservice and/or a maintenance role.

Pay

Up to $23.00 per hour.

Schedule

• 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
• 2:00 AM – 10:00 AM
