Utility Worker - BOH

Responsibilities

• Organize and stock products appropriately
• Receive and inspect incoming products for quality, reporting any issues to the MOD
• Maintain a clean and organized storeroom, including shelving, floors, lights, and vents
• Fulfill and inspect orders per distribution requests and SOPs
• Deliver merchandise within the terminal as requested
• Maintain inventory of all warehouse items and stock wood and ice levels in restaurants
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to read invoices and count product
• Knowledge of FIFO (First In, First Out) guidelines
• Able to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 85 lbs. on occasion
• Able to climb ladders to store and retrieve product
• Flexible to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
