About the role
The Utility Worker/Service Employee is responsible for performing basic vehicle servicing duties. This position requires a customer service-oriented professional with a dedication to safety.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness of fleet vehicles - interior and exterior
- Drive, maneuver, and park vehicles
- Fuel buses, replenish fluids, and log and record all fluids
- Download drive cameras & probes, fare boxes
- Perform light maintenance to shop areas, fueling stations, and related facilities
- Report maintenance issues to supervisor
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years
- Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed
- Generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen
- Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors

- Vacation: up to 14 days per year
- Paid Sick Leave: 8 hrs monthly for full-time employees, 5 hrs monthly for part-time employees

Pay and Schedule
- Starting pay: $23.00
- Progression to $25.31 over 2 years
