Utility Worker
Create a positive guest experience
Maintains the cleanliness of all surfaces and equipment (i.e., floors, ceiling tiles, walls, windows, worktables, hoods, vents, grills, refrigerators, service counters, storage areas, etc.).
Removes refuse to designated areas.
Clears and resets tables in dining areas between seatings, as needed and transports service-ware to the kitchen for cleaning.
Cleans equipment using specific chemicals to meet sanitary standards; may include the use of heavy equipment.
Responsibilities
- Scrapes food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans and washes them by hand or loads them into the dishwasher and returns them to their proper storage place.
- Cleans equipment using specific chemicals to meet sanitary standards; may include the use of heavy equipment.
- Assists all guests with specific requests and communicates special needs to servers/supervisors.
- Loads/unloads supply trucks transferring between storage and work areas.
- Stocks, dates, rotates, and checks the temperature of food items.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Six months' experience working in retail or food service environment.
- A high school diploma is preferred.
- Must be able to read, speak, and understand the English language in order to communicate with guests and receive instructions.
- Experience in dealing with problems involving guest service.
- Food handlers permit, as required by law.
- Brand certification, as required.

- Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long periods of time.

Pay
$18.00 per hour.
