Responsibilities

• Set up dish-station for safe and proper operation, informing supervisor of any problems.
• Perform the cleaning and sanitation duties of kitchen and dining room dish and cookware.
• Perform the cleaning and sanitation duties of food & beverage and kitchen equipment.
• Set up banquet tables, chairs and event equipment.
• Perform tasks as requested by culinary leadership team.
• Perform other jobs that will assist in an efficient and top quality running kitchen as assigned by the Executive Chef or F&B Director.

Requirements

• Take responsibility for cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas
• Participate in event set up and breakdown
• Be willing to work in a team atmosphere
• Experience preferred, but will train.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds and work in a professional kitchen environment
