Utility Worker - 1st & 2nd Shift

About the role

Marine Travelift in Sturgeon Bay, WI is seeking full-time Utility Workers to join their 1st and 2nd shift teams. The Utility Worker will perform a range of manual labor tasks to support the shop floor operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of the shop floor including sweeping and trash removal
• Maintain exterior areas by picking up trash, moving empty pallets with a forklift, and light snow removal
• Provide general labor support to the assembly and paint teams as well as help in the Warehouse
• Maintain logs and records of tasks completed and report any issues that may arise
• Be dependable with a strong work ethic
• Work in extreme weather conditions
• Operate a forklift (training provided by MTI)
• Lift up to 50 pounds

• Be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned

• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00AM-3:00PM; Friday 6:00AM-12:00PM (1/2 day Fridays)
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 2:30PM-1:00AM (3-day weekend)
