Utility Warranty Technician - GTE

About the role

The Utility Warranty Technician’s essential duties and responsibilities include short diagnostics, adjustments and repairs on the PDI line. This role will lead on the in-station adjustments, minor repairs, and warranty complaint recording through the Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) production process.

Responsibilities

• RV adjustments, repairs, and recording of RV issues with an iPad
• Analyze root causes of production-related issues and develop corrective action either individually or collaboratively
• Document complaints and cause for off-line warranty needs
• Work with PDI Leads to communicate fails on the PDI Line
• Serve as a backup Warranty bay technician
• Earn training in RVTI certifications
• Learn and understand multiple PDI stations
• Support the organization as a functional backup to test and inspection roles
• Provide associate functional/inspection training as needed
• Maintain a positive disposition with every interaction

Requirements

• RVTI Certifications and/or RV Production experience
