About the role
The Utility Technician performs routine maintenance activities in a variety of work environments, conducting preventative maintenance to increase effectiveness and reduce the need for major repairs.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean work area and comply with company safety rules, policies, and procedures
- Stop at-risk behavior of others and self; follow posted safety standards and wear personal protective equipment when necessary
- Inspect and repair fleet vehicles, troubleshoot power tools, or replace broken components on production machines
- Inspect work processes to ensure all projects are completed correctly
- Take direction, respond to supervision, and perform work assignments in a team with other employees
- Understand customer service and satisfaction
- Utilize Boom Lift/Highlift for tasks including:
- High-rise window cleaning
- High-rise dusting
- Cleaning of stainless steel and frames utilizing light cleaning
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Six months in a company environment or equivalent experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clear MVR
- May be required to have forklift certification
- Completed all safety and task training certifications

Monday–Friday: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Pay
$20.85–$21.85 per hour
