Central States Bus Sales is seeking a Full-Time Utility Person for the Service Department in North Little Rock, Arkansas.

About the role

Under direction, performs semi-skilled and skilled work relating to the maintenance and parts for Central States equipment and vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain dealer-installed components (e.g., audio-visual equipment, radios, heaters)
• Detail and prep new and used buses for customer pick-up or delivery
• Operate motorized and light equipment including pickup truck, pallet jack, pallet lift, and various hand power tools
• Change oil and filters in company vehicles and customer vehicles
• Clean facilities and perform routine maintenance to automotive repair equipment
• Assist in tire and mechanical repairs
• Assist in mechanical, sandblasting, painting, cleanup, and simple automotive work
• Delivery/shuttling of vehicles and parts

Requirements

• Basic automotive maintenance experience preferred
• Clean driving record
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class B with Passenger and Air Brake endorsement is preferred but not required
