Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support utility associates while providing direction and ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness standards by overseeing the cleaning, washing, and proper storage of dishes, glassware, silverware, and kitchen equipment while maintaining sanitation standards.
- Monitor and maintain dish machines while ensuring all equipment is functioning properly throughout each shift.
- Work closely with kitchen and banquet teams to ensure all service items are clean, organized, and ready for use.
- Ensure safety and organization by maintaining clean work areas, managing waste disposal, and enforcing safe work habits while following company procedures.
