About the role
The Utility Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all company utilities including water, gas, and electrical systems.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair all company utilities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage utility projects from planning to completion
- Train and supervise utility technicians
- Respond to emergency utility issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in utility management
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Knowledge of utility systems and maintenance
- Experience with project management software
- First aid and CPR certification
