Utility Supervisor

About the role

The Utility Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all company utilities including water, gas, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair all company utilities
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Manage utility projects from planning to completion
• Train and supervise utility technicians
• Respond to emergency utility issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in utility management
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Knowledge of utility systems and maintenance
• Experience with project management software
• First aid and CPR certification
