We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "About NovaSource" description, then "Basic Job Functions", "Experience", "Education", "Physical Requirements", "Required Skills/Competencies", "Essential Responsibilities", "Reporting Relationships", "Travel", "Benefits", "Office Physical Requirements", then EEO etc which we must remove. We need to use

for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should map sections accordingly. The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we should use those headings where appropriate. We need to include a section only when posting has real specific content. Avoid filler. We need to preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate. We need to not repeat job title as heading (none given). No Job ID. We need to output only HTML fragment. We need to decide which sections to include. Content: - About NovaSource: description of company. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About NovaSource" is about company, not role. But we could use "About the role" heading for role description? The posting includes "Basic Job Functions" etc. Maybe we can have sections: About the role (summary), Responsibilities (Essential Responsibilities + Basic Job Functions?), Requirements (Experience, Education, Physical Requirements), Skills (Required Skills/Competencies), Benefits, Pay (not specified? There's "Competitive Pay + Paid Time Off (PTO)" and "Quarterly Bonus Program". So Pay info present: Competitive Pay + PTO, Quarterly Bonus. So we can include Pay section. Schedule? Not specified. No schedule details. So we omit Schedule. We also have Travel info: "Travel will be required depending on the needs of the Company." That's specific enough? It's a statement. Could be included under maybe a Travel section but not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings list includes only those; but we can still create other headings? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those as examples. Safer to stick to those headings. Travel could be part of Responsibilities or Requirements? Probably not. Could omit Travel section if not fitting. But we need to preserve all substantive info; we could include Travel under Responsibilities as a bullet. Office Physical Requirements: could be part of Physical Requirements? Already have Physical Requirements (Bending, kneeling...). Office Physical Requirements is separate but similar; we could merge or include under Physical Requirements. We need to not create sections with filler like "not specified". So we must ensure each section has real content. Let's extract substantive content: About NovaSource: paragraph about company. Basic Job Functions: list of duties. Experience: 2+ years experience or Journey level certification; experience in operating and maintaining power plant electrical systems, SCADA and controls systems operation, troubleshooting advanced electrical components, using procedures to perform equipment preventative and corrective maintenance preferred. Essential Responsibilities: list of responsibilities (performance to KPIs, ensure safe work environment, promote adherence, responsible for personal safety, quality and schedule adherence, comply with JHA, Pre-Job Brief and LOTO, with supervision be responsible for a variety of PM work including measuring, reading, testing and performing maintenance procedures on all site components, communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders, assist in planning and executing on-site projects, installations, commissioning, quality inspections, and performance testing, assist with writing and enforcing work and equipment testing instructions and procedures, including normal and maintenance operating procedures, ensure work orders are complete in their entirety, ensure all documentation and required reports are reviewed, complete, submitted and filed, attend, participate in and pass all assigned training in safety, environmental and other areas as assigned, maintain work area and site housecleaning to 5S standards, verify SCADA site configuration, adhere to Company vehicle maintenance standards and safety standards, other duties as assigned). Office Physical Requirements: All positions in our office require interaction with people and technology while either standing or sitting. In order to best service our customers, internal and external, all associates must be able to communicate face-to-face and on the phone with or without reasonable accommodation. EEO etc to remove. We need to map to headings. Possible sections: - About the role: Could combine About NovaSource + Basic Job Functions? But Better: "About the role" could be a brief summary of the role (maybe Basic Job Functions). However we have separate "Responsibilities" for Essential Responsibilities. So we could put Basic Job Functions under About the role? Or we could have "About the role" as company description? The instruction examples: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to decide which content goes where. Interpretation: - About the role: general description of the role (maybe Basic Job Functions). - Responsibilities: Essential Responsibilities. - Requirements: Experience, Education, Physical Requirements (maybe combined). - Qualifications: maybe certifications etc? Could be overlapping. - Skills: Required Skills/Competencies. - Benefits: Benefits. - Pay: Pay info (Competitive Pay + PTO, Quarterly Bonus). - Schedule: not present, omit. We could also include Travel under Responsibilities or Requirements? Probably under Responsibilities as a bullet. Office Physical Requirements could be under Requirements (Physical) or maybe under Responsibilities? It's about office work; but role is field technician; still we could include under Requirements. We must not create sections with filler. Ensure each heading has substantive content. Let's craft:
