Utility Route Sales Representative/Driver

Full-time, permanent role with consistent Monday–Friday schedule and 40+ hour work weeks.

About the role

As a Utility Route Service Representative, you will drive a company truck within an assigned territory to deliver and pick up uniforms, towels, mats, and other rental products. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and earn route bonuses and commission. This position requires safe and professional truck operation while adhering to all federal and state vehicle regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company truck to pick up and deliver products and garments, ensuring accuracy and proper preparation of all loads.
• Load and unload soiled and clean merchandise, handling carts carefully during transport.
• Use company devices to manage customer orders, communicate invoice changes, and maintain an updated route book.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support smooth route operations.

Requirements

• High school graduate, 21+ years of age.
• Active driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willing to obtain a Class A license within the next 12 months.
• Customer service and sales-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience driving a box truck or step-van is preferred.
• Overnight shifts may be required (expenses paid).
• Safe driving skills in all weather conditions.
• Must satisfy all customer-required background compliance criteria.
