About the Role
We are seeking motivated, customer-focused, and sales-oriented individuals to join our team as Route Service Representatives. In this role, you will be the face of our company, ensuring timely deliveries and satisfied customers.
Responsibilities
- Drive a company truck within an assigned territory to deliver and pick up uniforms, towels, mats and other rental products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to earn a route bonus and commission.
- Operate a truck safely and professionally while following all federal and state vehicle regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate, 21+ years of age
- Must have an active driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Customer service and sales-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
- Experience driving a box truck or step-van is preferred
- Safe driving skills in all weather conditions
- Military-experienced candidates are highly encouraged to apply
- Candidate must satisfy all customer-required background compliance criteria to maintain eligibility for this role
