Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation by washing equipment and service ware, receiving and distributing deliveries, proper sanitation of the kitchen and dining room, trash removal, and floor maintenance.
• Stand for extended periods of time and lift and move food, food containers, and other non-food items from floor position to no higher than one's own height.
• Adhere to client and company protocols related to COVID-19 workplace safety and sanitation standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a courteous, helpful, and friendly manner.
• Washing, sanitizing, and maintenance of food production equipment & service ware as per supervisor’s instructions.
• Remove trash and waste as per supervisor’s instructions to a determined location.
• Receive, unpack, unwrap, rotate, and stow deliveries into appropriate refrigerators, freezers, and storerooms as per supervisor’s instructions.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Able to lift and move food, food containers, and other non-food items from floor position to no higher than one’s own height.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow health, safety, and food handling regulations.
