About the role
The Utility Person is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the workplace, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the workplace
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are in good working condition
- Perform routine maintenance tasks as needed
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of related experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Physical ability to perform required tasks
Skills
- Basic computer skills
- First aid certification (preferred)
