Utility Maintenance Technician

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains all mechanical and cosmetic items throughout the facility.
• Routinely inspects all lighting throughout the property, identifying and resolving problems.
• Responds to maintenance requests, in-house calls, and facilitates all repairs.
• Maintains a neat, clean, and organized work area in the Facilities shop and assigned areas.
• Prepares daily work forms.
• Assists other departments when needed.

Qualification Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• At least one year of experience in construction or maintenance is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
