Job Responsibilities

  • Perform utility relocation verification activities in support of highway and bridge construction projects.
  • Apply safety philosophy to all job responsibilities and ability to work safely in an outside environment.
  • Monitor contractor compliance with relocation plans.
  • Prepare daily inspection reports.
  • Perform measurement and documentation of completed work.
  • Read and interpret utility relocation plans.
  • Effectively communicate with project staff and clients, both verbally and in writing.
  • Basic knowledge of computer and tablet (iPad) operation.

Specific Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with utility installation/inspection or construction inspection.
  • Ability to fulfill essential job functions in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.

Pay, Benefits, and Schedule

Compensation Range: $52,754.00 - $70,339.00
