Utility III- Weekend Night

Utz Quality Foods is looking to grow our loyal, career-driven, and customer-focused team. We are currently recruiting for several Production Utility roles to join our team of manufacturing professionals in Hanover, PA at our High Street facility on the Week Day Shift.

Responsibilities

• Unload potatoes.
• Maintain and operate a forklift.
• Operate Spudnik equipment.
• Participate in required cleaning.
• Lift at least 85 lbs. head high on occasion.
• Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Work proactively in a cross-functional team with diverse groups of people.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Basic math and reading skills.
• Knowledge of preparation procedures for packing and product storage location (acquired through one month of on-the-job training).
• Moderate lifting (up to 25 lbs).
• Ability to pull or pump jacks carrying up to 250 lbs.
• Constant attention to detail to keep accurate records of items moved.
• Check computer for scanning errors.
