About the Role

This is an entry-level manufacturing position responsible for handling stacks of paper cartons and monitoring the quality of our product.

Requirements

• Accredited High School Diploma/GED
• Excellent attendance and demonstrated commitment to excellent job performance
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work rotating shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) including overtime
• Motivation to train for additional roles
• High energy and a passion for a manufacturing career
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Attention to detail
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and experience using tools (preferred but not required)
• Sound judgment and decision making
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to detect colors and shades
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions
• Demonstrates teamwork and cooperation in accomplishing all tasks
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, standing, kneeling, climbing, and walking for extended periods of time
• Capable of repetitive gripping, pinching, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling with weight ranges up to 50 pounds
• Ability to perform repeated twisting, bending, and reaching

Qualifications

• Manufacturing/production/warehouse experience (desired but not required)
• Previous packaging experience (a plus)
• Previous experience working on a production floor (a plus)

Pay

Competitive starting pay rate of $23.55/hour.

Schedule

Rotating Shifts (works 2 weeks on each shift - must be available to work all shifts):

• 1st: 6:50am - 3:00pm
• 2nd: 2:50pm - 11:00pm
• 3rd: 10:50pm - 7:00am
