Maintain a professional appearance by adhering to grooming and uniform guidelines, including slip-resistant shoes.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
Use correct cleaning chemicals for designated items according to OSHA regulations.
Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report issues to management.
Coordinate with kiosks and shared kitchen to ensure grab-and-go products are well-stocked and available for sale.
Load carts with products from the shared kitchen and deliver them efficiently to restaurants, kiosks, and retail stores.
Maintain stock areas and ensure proper product rotation.
Perform light maintenance and remove trash to designated areas.
Assist team members with stocking items as needed.
Comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including food safety.
Help receive product and properly store inventory immediately.

High School diploma or GED required.
Experience in a high-volume or fast-casual dining restaurant environment preferred.
ServSafe Certification or equivalent preferred.
Familiarity with proper sanitation regulations and chemical handling.
Ability to take direction, collaborate in a team environment, and work in a high-energy, demanding setting.
Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or with team members.
Able to work unsupervised for extended periods and demonstrate good judgment with customers and peers.

Ability to work various shifts in a 7-day/365-day team-oriented environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively in English.
Strong self-motivation, leadership, and organizational skills.
Positive interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Self-starter able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics in English.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, gripping, climbing ladders, and walking long distances.
Ability to stand for long periods and work in environments with varying temperatures.
