Responsibilities

• Embody a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service with a smile to customers and team members.

• Recognize and satisfy all restaurant guests while being accountable to Company and Restaurant Managers.
• Demonstrate passion for guests, using polite language such as “Yes,” “Please,” and “Thank You.”
• Maintain a professional appearance by adhering to grooming and uniform guidelines, including slip-resistant shoes.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
• Use correct cleaning chemicals for designated items according to OSHA regulations.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report issues to management.
• Coordinate with kiosks and shared kitchen to ensure grab-and-go products are well-stocked and available for sale.
• Load carts with products from the shared kitchen and deliver them efficiently to restaurants, kiosks, and retail stores.
• Maintain stock areas and ensure proper product rotation.
• Perform light maintenance and remove trash to designated areas.
• Assist team members with stocking items as needed.
• Comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including food safety.
• Help receive product and properly store inventory immediately.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a high-volume or fast-casual dining restaurant environment preferred.
• ServSafe Certification or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with proper sanitation regulations and chemical handling.
• Ability to take direction, collaborate in a team environment, and work in a high-energy, demanding setting.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or with team members.
• Able to work unsupervised for extended periods and demonstrate good judgment with customers and peers.

Qualifications

• Ability to work various shifts in a 7-day/365-day team-oriented environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong self-motivation, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Positive interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Self-starter able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics in English.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, gripping, climbing ladders, and walking long distances.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in environments with varying temperatures.
