Utility Floor Person

Responsibilities

• Control resin and regrind
• Inspection and packing product and reporting on production
• Mixing resins and color concentrates to supply the molding machines with correct material mixtures
• Ensuring each molding machine is running the correct resin
• Keep areas for resin mixing and storage, clean and organized
• Sorting, cleaning and granulating flash and rejected product to maximize reuse and minimize loss
• Perform on-line visual inspections of product, quality testing and quality rejections of nonconforming product
• Affixing sleeves, labels and stickers to finished product
• Packaging of finished product
• Reporting case count sheets, quality inspection and other reports to shift supervisors and managers

Requirements

Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.

Targeted Pay Range: $21.00 - $26.88
