About the role

As a Dishwasher at Marriott Vacations Worldwide (MVW), you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories in a supportive, friendly, and beautiful work environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper and safe handling and storage of equipment, returning equipment to appropriate location.
• Ensures clean wares are stored in appropriate areas.
• Cleans and maintains sanitation areas and organizes cleaning supplies including hanging up mops and brooms.
• Organizes supply rack, including pots, pans, serving spoons, utensils, etc.
• Operates cleaning equipment and tools to ensure only clean and sanitary items are used in the kitchen, including operating the dish machine, pot-scrubbing station, and trash compactor.
• Racks dirty items (silverware, plates, glassware, etc).
• Inspects, pulls, and stacks cleaned items.
• Welcomes and greets guests and anticipates and addresses their needs.
• Interacts with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contributes to team goals.
• Always follows company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Able to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull items that weigh up to 50 lbs without assistance.
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Schedule

Casual (0-19 hours per week)
