Keep the operation moving, the kitchen shining, and the whole team ready for another successful day. Join Brock & Company as a Utility Associate in corporate dining—an essential role for someone who likes staying active, keeping things organized, and seeing the immediate difference their work makes. You’ll help make sure equipment and service ware are clean and sanitized, deliveries are received and put away properly, floors and work areas stay safe, and the kitchen runs as smoothly as it should. It is hands-on work with a real purpose: while the chefs create, you help make it all possible behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including washing equipment and service ware
• Receive and distribute deliveries
• Ensure proper sanitation of the kitchen and dining room
• Handle trash removal and floor maintenance
• Wash, sanitize, and maintain food production equipment and service ware according to supervisor's instructions and cleaning schedule
• Remove trash and waste to designated locations
• Maintain a clean and safe work area per supervisor instruction and applicable health, safety, and food handling regulations
• Receive, unpack, unwrap, rotate, and stow deliveries into appropriate refrigerators, freezers, and storerooms per supervisor's instructions
• Adhere to client and company protocols related to COVID-19 workplace safety and sanitation standards
• Provide exceptional customer service in a courteous, helpful, and friendly manner

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift and move food, food containers, and other non-food items from floor position to no higher than one's own height

Pay

$17 per hour
