Utility Construction Foreman

Role: Foreman for power, telecommunications, and broadband construction projects. Responsibilities Lead and oversee field crews on overhead and underground utility jobs.Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are maintained.Plan work, assign tasks, and coordinate equipment and materials.Conduct safety meetings and train crew members.Read and interpret plans and specifications.Communicate effectively with project managers, utilities, and inspectors. Qualifications & Skills Strong leadership and team management abilities.Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory standards.Ability to read and interpret technical plans.Excellent communication skills.Experience in utility construction is preferred.
