Utility Clerk

About the role

As a Utility Clerk at Sprouts Farmers Market, you will work in multiple areas of the store to maintain cleanliness and ensure a pleasant shopping environment. This role requires flexibility, a strong focus on customer service, and adherence to health and safety regulations, including those set by the Health Department, USDA, and Steritech.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping duties across all store departments, ensuring the store remains clean and free of debris (including bathrooms, floors, coolers, and freezers).
• Maintain, organize, and order cleaning supplies.
• Respond promptly to customer and management requests.
• Follow all sanitary conditions and health regulations.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction as needed.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Dependable, reliable, and able to work a flexible schedule that adapts to business needs.
• Outgoing, friendly, and positive attitude with strong customer interaction skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $19.20 per hour, based on applicable experience and qualifications.
